i have an 8130 that im sending to the company that wont boot, i need to know how i can remove all my data from the phone please, any info will help

What do you mean remove all data? Are you trying to get your emails and such off of the phone? If this is what you are asking and it wont boot hopefully you backed it up before this happened.
