I have a Pearl 8130 when I look to see the free file space it says I only have about 6.5 million bytes or 6.5 mg i need 9.mb to install some medical software(epocrates). I have a micro sd card in that is a gig but that isnt halping me at all?
No, the media card storage space can't be used as device memory. You may have a problem with epocrates. A number of people have posted memory problems when using it, simply because it is so large. And the Pearl is more memory-challenged than some other models, because of the Suretype database.
