I'm having with the connections of my BB, the Mobile Network appears off and i have to turn it on manually, after that it can be on up to 12-15 seconds.

I heard from a Sprint Tech guy that some 8130's have this problem . This is a defect and would require a handset replacement. Which would be covered under warranty if in your first year of ownership or by insurance if after that.
