Hello All.

I'm having some trouble with my phone. I've been all over looking for answers, but can't seem to find one that helps, so I thought I would ask.

I must admit that I am somewhat computer illitterate, so I therefore need clear, uncomplicated instructions.

I am having trouble getting my recorded videos from my SD card in my BB onto my laptop.

I HAVE made sure that mass storage mode is on and everything is connected correctly, but no matter what, my laptop will not identify my 8120.

When I put the SD in my old 8100 and connect, I have NO PROLEMS accessing the SD card.

What is going on? Can someone please help me? I have been trying to figure this out all day and am at my witts end with it...

My laptop operates on Windows Vista.
