Can I just tell you how much I LOVE this site!! I called my service provider for support with this problem, and I was on hold for 20 minutes. While on hold I decided to check the site, what do you know... there was not only a solution, but one that actually fixed the problem. Thanks again!!!
I have the exact same problem with mine. T-Mo care tech said to try two things: remove and replace battery (is there a name for this?); OR reload software from computer CD.
I haven't tried either yet, but have done battery replacement for some other things with great success.
