wehehehe after 2 years, your request answered by me (but unfortunately it's for 9700, perhaps if i have time, i will create for your device)
I'm a gunners and just bought BB 9700 and i create arsenal theme by myself.

You can check it out by search in crackberry by using this keyword "arsenal theme 9700" and please click the 1st link appear there, OTA download ready to serve.
