I have a white 8130 with a white cover. I put a white background on it but there are black "bar" on the top where it shows date, time, battery and such, and also a black "bar" on the lower part of my screen where i have apps.

I would like to make these "bars" white to go with the all white phone. any way to do this???

That depends on your theme. Look for a different one!
