is there a way to set a time frame for reciving e-mails, I get e-mails in the middle of the night and it wakes me up.

also i am trouble downloading picture messages (SMS) it says to go to a website but it never loads, I get an error message.

For your emails not to wake you use the quite profile. Just make exceptions for who can call you and wake you up. I can't tell what provider you have from the wap site so I can't help you with your other question. Someone else will be able to though

another thing you can do is set you phone to auto turn off and on at certain times in the night, that's like one of my favorite features! a real battery saver if I forget to charge also
