When I try to open my camera it says "could not start the camera. Close other apps and try again " no other apps are open?!? Help me out somebody please its driving me crazy
I have done 3 battery pulls and still nothing my video camera is blank then closes about 2 seconds after I open it.

From what I have read it seems like a hardware issue. You may want to call your service provider and explain the situation. Maybe someone else on here has some other suggestions though. Good luck.
