Why is there a seperate forum for the 8100 from the 8110, 8120, and 8130? Is it physically any different?

Reason I ask is I may be getting a Pearl for someone that wont need GPS or Wifi and am wondering if I should save a few bucks and just get the 8100.

Biggest difference is no video or GPS on the 8100. Here you go:

but wouldn't an upgrade to 4.5 fix the no video problem?

Media card sits under the battery on the 8100. Which can be an inconvenience. Its easily accessible on the side of the phone for the newer models. I'm not sure if the upgrade fixes the video problem though.
