    Whenever I go to mobile.blackberry.com on my Pearl it does not detect my device and links me to the page where it says: "The BlackBerry HELP! website is designed for use with the BlackBerry browser. Learn more about BlackBerry here". That's the exact same message as if I try to get on the website through my computer!

    Why can't I get on this website!

    I can not connect to the site also although my error is a Fobidden error. I have to go to Google, do a search for mobile blackberry, then I can access the site, be it thru a backdoor. That was the only way I could get a theme I saw listed here in the forums. I am using the Blackberry Browser on BB emulation with Java support on.

    Nope, that does not work. It looks like the website cannot detect what kind of Blackberry I have.

    Yes... I don't think this is the reason because I have friends using the older O.S with different Blackberry's and they can't get on the website.

    You shouldn't have any problems getting onto the mobileblackberry site if you use operamini browser.

    Go to your BB browser, press menu and go to options. Make sure that emulation mode is set to BlackBerry.

    So you type M.crackberry.com or wap.crackberry.com? Wap.crackberry is the site for cell phones users.

    i have t-mobile runin 4.3 and i still have the same problem. no data plan though but idont think thats it. tried opera too
