My phone has suddenly stopped receiving e-mails! BB Messenger and texts are working fine. I cleared the event log and did a battery pull and still nothing. Any other suggestions? Thank you!

Resend service books. Delete your email account and re-add it.

First, re-register: Options / Advanced Options / Host Routing Table / Menu / Register Now

If that doesn't solve the problem, re-send your service books. The Email setup wizard has an option to re-send them, without creating a new account.

Thanks for the advice. For some reason it will not let me re-add my primary e-mail address. I keep getting this error message:

An error occurred during email account validation.
Please check your information and try again.
If the error persists please contact your email account provider.

Which makes NO sense to me because it is working just fine via the internet and I know I am using the correct password. This is so frustrating!
