I saved a Microsoft Word document .....where do you retrieve it on the blackberry???

If you saved it, go back to said email and save it again, and look at the location...

Do you have BeamBerry or something like that installed?

I saved it to the Blackberry from my computer via USB cable. I guess in hindsight its just easier to send an email and open the attachment.....and then save the attachment.

Right, it is. But without a program of sorts you may not be able to read all documents...
