*EDIT* : Beat me!! ^^ But your info is not correct for the OP's Pearl... they cannot do that key combo to bring up the help screen... I do not know their shortcut keys so I said the alternative way to find out!

On a pearl, the shortcut is hold the Alt key, then type RACE.
