Ok so i had searched and found others who had the same problem so i am updating this to help others. When in media manager, click on media card in the lower left box, and expand it, then you will see music, pictures, ringtones, videos. open ringtones, then click copy down and they will go down into ringtones. for whatever reason It does not go down into music on mine. I hope this helps someone in the future.
