Also my internet browser status bar is on the top of the 8130 when loading.. i don't think this was there before. is there anyway of removing the status bar.. i find it annoying..
Yeah... for once that doesn't fix it!! Clearly it is meant to be there, but I've looked all over and can't find anything that works! It's annoying especially since i've gone months without it...
yeah guys in the built in browser! I can see why it's useful, as it has the little website logo, whether it is secure or not, and some other info depending on the website.. but oh well
Wegmans.. I have the web site title bar, the secure lock, and the bluetooth indicator since mine is turned on, along with signal strength meter. Is this what we are talking about? I thought the OP was talking about the loading of a web page status bar that runs across the bottom. If so, then the top indicator has always been there for me.

OK I got rid of it, but I don't know what combination of things made it work.. I went into options and unchecked Javascript popups, changed emulation mode back to Blackberry, and also cleared all my history and cache.. Then I did the 'ol battery remove and now I finally get the fullscreen Internet!
I don't know exactly why it worked, but now I don't have that title bar in the Browser..
Wegmans, I just tried this to see and I did exactly what you tried to the letter, but I still have the bar at the top. No big deal, but wonder why I still have it.
Hmmm well I will try and see if I can get it BACK up there! Maybe it was some other option? Do you think it's connected to the security section? If you go to a secure site maybe your BB wants you to know it's secured so it shows the lock?
and I assuming we're talking the BB browser not Opera, correct Weg?
