has anybody ever wonder how to get video ringtones? because when i had the samsung p850, it had that option. i've looked it up but had no success. if anybody knows something, let me know. thanks in advance

I was actually wondering about that too. When I had my treo 700p, I had an application for that.

Hmmm.... mabe someone out there can try file extension rename trick to see if it's possible to use very short mp4 vids as ringtone. If i get time I might play around with this and see what happens.

video ringtones are MP4 format. The pearl doesnt support that format. At least it doesnt come with any apps for it, maybe you can download some 3rd party stuff but I am not sure the pearls OS allows for it

actually, i just downloaded an mp4 vid and put it in my phone and it did play...
