    I'm trying to upgrade to O.S. 4.5. When I go to blackberry.com to download the software it asks me to fill out information like company name, job title, etc.
    My Pearl isn't a company phone. Why is it asking me this? and is there a way to download O.S. 4.5 without having to fill that out?
