I am not able to add or remove any media files from my media card because my phone will not activate USB Mass Storage Mode.

I have tried disabling the auto-enable, I have tried manually enabling it, it will not work. When I choose "Enable USB Mass Storage Mode", nothing happens, and the option to enable it is still there whenever I look again.

I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works, it is really frustrating.

The media on the card is not corrupt in any way, everything that is on the card works fine as far as I can tell.

    Please help!

have you de-branded your phone lately because if you have, you have to run the blackberry storage activation file,

just do a google search for blackberry storage activation and download it.

Run 'BB storage Activation.bat' with your blackberry plugged in through usb, it should fix your problem.

I don't know what de-branded means so I assume I haven't done it. I just know that it worked one day and wouldn't the next. I'll still try your suggestion.

Ok, it worked, thanks a ton! No idea what caused this but at least I'll know what to do now. Thanks again.
