I'm trying to make that redundant voice mail message in my messages folder disappear. After I listen to my voice mail I then have to acknowledge my MISSED CALL MESSAGE and then the URGENT VOICE MAIL MESSAGE in my messages folder. Is there any way of making the URGENT VOICE MAIL MESSAGE disappear? It's becoming a bit of a pain. Thanks.

Any messages that come in with voice mail are designed to go there including emails. Same as missed calls, go to call log etc......

Some things can be changed in option under messages, with keeping things separated, or theme controlled.


I know it's kinda a pain I agree, multiple things to clear.....

Voice mails going to the message log is carrier controlled (I think.) However missed calls, etc. can be turned off by going to Phone >Options >Call logging and selecting "None."
