Hey all! I just got my 8130 Pearl through Sprint. I have a problem when other people in my address book calls me. it shows them as "unknown call/number". Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

I had the same problem when I got mine in December. Turns out Sprint never turned on my caller ID. Give them a call.
