Hello all,

I've been trying to download some ringtones and having some trouble. The tones that are < 100 kb have no problems...it's the ones that are > 100 kbs. I send the link to my phone and when I click "get the link", there is no option to save, i get an error message that says it's too large.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Do you have a media card in your Pearl? If not you may be running low on memory. Click Options>Status for your Bytes Free , what do you show available?

I have a media card and the file free is fine (>15mb). Any thoughts? There's a couple ringtones I'd like to download.
