im trying to transfer mp3 files onto my 8130 but when i connect the usb to the computer, the computer recognizes the hardware but when i go to click on the removable disk its saying there is nothing connected. i made sure i was in mass storage mode too. any info would help. thanks in advance everyone...

Welcome to CB. You can try pulling the battery it will reset some things. Does the card show in Desktop Manager?

If it's recognizing your BB, but no files are showing, you still need to format the card..
Go to options>media card>once media card is opened, hit the berry button and select format card. Make sure you're not hooked up to your pc when you format the card.
Everything should be good next time you hook up.
