I read the posts about simply calling them and asking for me. I am traveling soon so that is what I told them. I called late last night and they e-mailed me the unlock code this morning.

Yes; according to the T-mobile website, the only requirement for getting the unlock code is to be at least 90 days into your contract. I got mine, no questions asked. Cool!
