I have a curve and my friend just got a tmobile pearl. For some reason she can't send or receive pictures. Any advice u have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

She said she doesn't have a data plan because tmobile said she could send and receive pics with her pearl without data plan. I don't know if that's true. I have a tmobile curve with data plan and have no problems sending and receiving pics.

She can view and send pics using MMS. She needs to have a messaging plan. If she wants to e-mail pics, she will need a data plan.

Thank u for your help. The mms option doesn't even show up on her berry. I told her to go to tmobile to have them fix it.

That is weird. Have her do a soft reset of battery pull.
