    Anyone,
How would I get my "My Shortcuts" Folders on my new Bb Curve 8310? Is it possible to Sync them from my PC to my BB?
Example: Microsoft Outlook Inbox, to my Shortcuts, to any of my Folders w/ titles like: Sellers, Buyers, R.E. Contacts, and Bulders
These 4 Folders have all my business contact information by these catagories and I know I can place new catagories on my BB...how can I sync them??

    Thanks

Outlook 2000 is not compatible with the newest Desktop Manager releases. You will have to downgrade to Desktop Manager 4.2 SP2 to be compatible with Outlook 2000. If you do that, you can synch your Contacts database in Outlook with your Address Book on the BlackBerry. I don't know of DTM 4.2 supports synching folders in the Outlook Inbox or not. You'll just have to try it and see.

I would imagine if I update my Outlook to a 2007 version or the latest, that would work??

Yes it will, Desktop Manager evolves to match the various versions of MS Office. If you upgrade to MS Office 2007 then you shoul dinstall DM v4.6

Be careful with Office 2007, though. There was a poster a couple of weeks ago who upgraded his Office to 2007, then left on a business trip taking only his BlackBerry. Too late, he discovered the BlackBerry Attachment Service doesn't support the Office 2007 docx format. He couldn't view any of the attachments he was getting in his emails.

I'm running 4.3.0.17 I see that it's not compatible with Outlook 2000 but does anyone know if it works with 2002?

    Thanks
