I installed the cd that came with the phone and told it to sync with icalender but when i sync it it keeps saying that it is unable to connect with blackberry? is there something im doing wrong?

It wouldn't unless he has Parallels or VMWare installed on the Mac or RIM started including PocketMac on the CD.....Hence, my question as to what he installed....
