    ummmm....

    where is the icon to go to internet on an 8130? Just opened my box and turned on my phone. Sprint.

    I'm confused. There's nothing on the program screen to show an internet connection.

    If you have a BB data plan, you should see an icon that looks like a globe.

    if you can't find it, call you service provider and perhaps get them to send the service books over again, that might work

    Maybe icon is hidden? Go to MENU; highlight any icon and then, go to MENU again and then, highlight SHOW ALL.

    If the globe is "gray," highlight it, go to MENU and then, uncheck HIDE.

    I figured it out by myself. Did something with 'provisioning'. Don't know if that fixed it but it worked after i did that.
