My pearl will not respond to anything expect plugging in the charger. I've reset it by taking out the battery but still nothing. None of the buttons will do anything. after a restart the trackball will move up down side to side but it will not select anything. then once the screen goes dark nothing will bring it back. Please help. All I want to do is access my information to back it up(ie; phone numbers and contacts and passwords)
It seems like none of your buttons are working. Is it new? Do you still have guarantees on it? I think you should return it to the store, this is technical.
