I just got a pearl and for some reason, during the night, the sound on it turns off. The phone stays on, but there is no sound. The sound works before I go to bed, but when I wake up, it is off. Then it magically comes back on about 30 minutes after I wake up. I have it plugged in during the night and I downloaded the BBAlarms. Please let me know how to fix this!!!!!!!!!

I tried that. Everything said disabled. Thanks for thinking of that though!
