    This has happened a couple of times to me now where I will try to open the address book and nothing happens and the phone is frozen. I will just hit the call end button to back out. The only way I can get it to open again is via battery pull any advice with this?

    You may have something corrupt in the address book... do you sync with Outlook or have a good backup?

    I have a backup but im not sure if its any good should I just resync it and hope for the best?
