Does anyone know if it's possible to have the 'message' icon only show notifications for text msgs or that I have a voice msg? I use a different icon for emails and would like some kind of notification on my screen when I receive a text msg. Any ideas? Thanks!

Unfortunately there's no special way of separating them by a special icon on the screen. HOWEVER, when you do go into your inbox your text message are different from you regular messages by the icon displayed there. Usually text messages show a slanted envelope.

open your text msgs... menu>options>general options>"SMS and email inboxes" click to "separate"... by doin this it will give you a "SMS And MMS" icon that only opens with text and mms msgs.

i dont know if maybe you cant do it with the 8130 or so, but it wouldnt hurt to try

When I changed my theme it actually gave me SMS icon on my home page.

Bump the separate messages. My email icon is a folder with a red star and my SMS icon is different
