is there a way to get my ringtones to shuffle.. like a third party app. or anything. My old LG phone had this feature and i loved it!

Don't believe so, least not that I've heard of. Closest you can get to that effect would be setting different ringtones amongst your contacts.

I know how ya feel. I had an LG Scoop and absolutely loved the shuffling ringtones. That's the only thing I don't like about my Pearl.
