i just got my BB Pearl 8130 3 days ago and i've found myself referencing to this website everyday! so thank you all! it has been very helpful.
my question:
i cannot get into my voicemail. it says that my security code is invalid.
it's driving me crazy. i found out how to change passwords for locking the phone, but cannot find out how to change the security code for my voicemail.
please help!

My initial setup code is the last 4 digits of my phone number. If that doesn't work, try calling your service provider and have them reset the code.

Best bet would be to contact Rogers.

If you had verizon you can reset your VM password on there website, maybe your provider offers it too.

thanks for your help everyone!
i ended up dialing '611' which takes you to an automated system. there they change your voicemail security to '9999' which allows you to get into your voicemail, and personalize your security code. just some FYI for anyone else that might run into this.
