When I push down on the scroll ball to click on an icon it doesn't work, well I can push pretty hard and it will. It acts as if there is some dirt or something blocking the contacts.

Anyone know how to remove the keypad and ball so I can clean it out?

Anyone else had this problem before?

Try taking out the battery and pressing the trackball down and moving it around (upside down)

To clean it use a q tip & rubbing alcohol.

Did you pull the battery out & put the phone upside down and rolling it around?

I did both things - at first it didn't work but a let it sit for a few mins and now it is very sensitive. Thanks
