Blackberry Pearl 8110. I have never needed this website, luckily....that is until I took a felow BB user's advice and DL'ed the new software for my Desktop and Device. Now running 5.0.1 DM and v4.5 on my device. When I open Roxio Media Manager (which is how I have always moved pictures and ringtones back and forth to my computer) the program opens, yet I cannot click anything. It makes a random noise and no clicking on any screenspace will make it work. As soon as I Ctrl+Alt+Del it then it IMMEDIATELY says program not responding as if it kind of knew already. I have read some forums and tried deleting my computer's 'stock' Roxio program.... didn't work. I also tried beginning the program with the phone plugged in and not plugged in, but the problem persists. When I open BB desktop manager and click Roxio Media Manager it immediately enters this state where you cannot click anything. Please help, and thank you in advance for anything you can contribute.
