Please excuse this problem, but I'm brand spanking new to BB. My friends have tried sending me ringers through bluetooth, but I don't receive anything. I got some once, but they didn't work. Can anyone help? What am I doing wrong? Their phones are already paired with my device.

Go into your ring tones folder and make sure you hit menu and select "receive using bluetooth" when they send you the file.
