So when you choose the ringer profile on the BB Pearl, "Loud" "Vibrate" "Phone Only" and "off" are some of your options.

Is there any way to delete or change these default settings? My wife often turns her phone profile to "off" and will forget and leave it that way for days, often missing important phone calls.

"Never set it to off". I know. Trust me, I know.

Can anyone help?

You can make any however you'd like. The quiet and off profiles will keep the keytone when dialing from sounding, so I have quiet as my normal.

Yes....I'm seeing how you can change them. What I'm asking is can I eliminate "off" as an option? So when I go to the phone the only profile options are "normal" "quiet" "vibrate"

Unlike themes, it's all one java file, so unless you're very good at working java code, and probably even if you are, you're not going to remove some of the profile choices. Be thankful you have so many, you never know, you might appreciate that off feature some day.
