Yes I was wondering how you can remove facebook,yahoo,gmail off the main menu screen? . I know how to hide it but I mean to permanently delete it?

You can uninstall applications by going to Options > Advanvced Options > Application, select an app, press menu and delete. This will not work for everything. Some apps aren't really installed and the icon is pushed via a service book. It is best to just hide those icons.

Once you "Hide" an application from the main screen, how do you "unhide" it?

You click "Show All" and then go the app and click "unhide".
