I noticed tonight that is I select my Profile icon to change the way my phone alerts me with calls msg etc.... I select the "Loud" option and now my phone vibrates. Vibrate isnt showing as being active. Only the profile "Loud" is. Anyone else having the same issue?
Does it also ring after the vibrate? I think by default it vibrates then rings in LOUD profile. You can go in an change the amount of vibrations 1-3 or if you want them at all. It's under profiles, advanced, loud, edit, phone
The problem is your phone is set to loud when you receive calls. You have to set your BB messages to loud too. It vibrate because is set this way. To set your message to be loud, be sure that your BB is in loud mode first. After that go to ADVANCED press the trackball after that go to the thing that you want to set, I mean messages, messenger, mms, sms, or else. When you select the element that you want to set press the trackball. After that you may set to loud without problem.
