hey guys phone was working perfect, then all of a sudden 1XEV just dissapeared test call works it calls out but not getting texts, bbm not working. Right before this happened i wasnt getting text messages thanks for the help!
coruptyed did u try and do the ALT+NMLL? lil trick
if not do this go to the manage connections turn it off, turn off the phone,pull the bat, but the bat back in turn it on and go in to the connections and turn it on again see if it works
if it dont work try and switchin themes if that dont work then call bell, DO NOT WIPE THE DEVICE NO NEED FOR THAT
wipe hand held or re reg and re provison or send service books
there is no need to wipe the device for a lil prob like that he can do what i said if not he can call bell but someone else should reply with things he can try that i did not put, to wipe the device should be the last thing u ever do
