So is this just a flaw in the 8120 or has this happened to anyone else? My Pearl's headphone jack is such that I have to rotate the head set input for a while and play with it until I can actually hear out of the headpiece. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, since my Pearl is less than a month old would this be covered under the warranty if it is a problem with the Pearl? Thanks!

My headphone jack wouldn't work at all no matter how far I pushed the plug in or wiggled it around.

Had it swapped out for a replacement.

Be sure to do a backup before you take it in and then restore to your new one.

Thanks guys for the help. It was with the headset that came with the phone.

The T-Mobile store told me that since the phone is over 14 days old corporate would have to issue me a new phone via mail. Hopefully it will work out without too many hassels.
