HELP! I got my Pearl in Novemeber and haven't had any problems...then today, it stopped "selecting" or Opening up items when I push on the Pearl. I can feel it click, but it will not turn it on or anything...I must push one of the other buttons and it lights up. The Pearl rolls and highlights items, but that's about all. Tried battery reset...any ideas??? Thanks.

i would get a new phone honestly. that is hardware. don't think there is any software to fix that. but you can use the enter button in the mean time

like highlight something with the pearl and then click enter

Thanks for the tip...I didn't even think of that...funny thing, it is humid here and after I got into my car with the A/C, after about 45 minutes it worked again??? Humidity or mechanical problem?
