Hello, I was installing my Blackberry Software on my new computer (Windows Vista 64) and the software hung up when downloading updates and the BB turned off, and then I could not get it back on. (It was plugged in at the time to the USB.)

**I did the battery removal to no avail**

Now the BB is sitting idle and off, and the double red blinking light occurs. I am not able to turn it on. I assume I burned up the software somehow?

Any ideas on how I can get this up and running again?
