I forgot my password and sent a request via inputting my PIN, now the email symbol on my BB telling me I have a new email...WON'T go away. i have no new email in any of my accts, yet it is still up there.
You probably have a PIN message. Look in your Mass Messages folder. This is the folder that gets all email from all accts, PIN messages, as well as all SMS and MMS if you have not seperated them.
