    I'm confident this has been discussed dozen of times, but...

    I can't synch my Pearl with Outlook. I am running Outlook 2000. I have my BB Desktop Software installed. Directions are simple. I've followed them to a T. When I try to configure, the only options given me are ASCI, Yahoo...no Outlook. It doesn't "see" Outlook on my laptop. Any ideas?

    I think on out look 2000 u need to use dm4.3. There should be a post somewhere, do a search.

    It's 4.2 u need to use for outlook 2000

    Figured it out.

    I had to de-install 4.3 from my laptop. I then downloaded and installed 4.2.2 from the BB website. Seems to have worked.
