I'm a BRAND new BB user. It's awesome to finally have one. However, trying to sync to my outlook seems to be impossible.
I downloaded Desktop Manager v4.3.
But when I go to sync, there is no option for Outlook or my email...
I'm sure this has been posted before, but if ANYone could possibly lend a helping hand, I'd greatly appreciate it!!

Let me know if you figure this out. Im still trying to figure out how to sync my numbers from outlook to the BB. I have like 500 numbers to type in but figured I could do it from outlook ya? I dunno how.

I am not having that problem. What message are you getting or step by step what you are doing?

I use Outlook 2007, DM 4.3, and Windows XP

It's not that I'm getting an error, it's that Outlook is not an option for syncing at all?
I'm running DM v4.3, BB 8130, Outlook 2007, and Windows Vista.
I would just like to be able to have Outlook at as option for the sync? I know it must be possible.

I hope Office / Outlook was installed BEFORE Desktop Manager!

If not, uninstall Desktop Manager, and then reinstall it. I'd also suggest installing the 4.2 version, then update to 4.3

Office/Outlook was indeed installed before DM.

But I'll try the v4.2 then upgrade idea!

Alternatively, if you're using Windows XP, do a restore of Windows to BEFORE the install of Desktop Manager.

Now just install 4.2 from the offset...

"Cannot find system in table file." I get this message after I try to do a synch with Outlook 2007.

I just purchased the 8320 after having the 8700g. Uninstalled v4.2 and upgraded to v4.3 software when I got this message. Using Outlook 2007.

Just uninstalled 4.3, restarted machine and installing 4.2 w/sp2. I use this thing almost every waking hour and it's driving me nuts!

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I would suggest not using 4.3 at all there are to many bugs with it right now. Usually when people stop using it they stop having problems.
