My friend called me today & I have a special ringtone for her. Rather than the ringtone assigned going off, another one went off instead. Okay...so I go to reset it after the call, but when I try to view the contact, it won't open up to view the address, phone #s, etc. Every other contact still allows me to open up and "view" the contact except her's.

I reset the BB (battery pulled/SoftReset) and tried again...I still cannot view her contact info....any suggestions on this one??

Try to add the contact in again and see what happens hope this helps it happened to me one time but it wasn't ringtone related

I was planning to delete the contact when I get home and then resync my contacts and see if that helps...if not, then your suggestion was going to be my next try! Thanks!
