    I want to install a countdown timer app, but all I have is the .jad file. How do I do this?

    Where did you get the file? If you downloaded the JAD file from a website, get the full URL directly to the JAD file and input that in your BlackBerry browser. It should automatically download and install the program for you from that point on.
