Cant get it to ring or vibe...
i tried to turn off al vibs and made sure its only tone on all the diffrent stuff.
any ideas?

done those many times over, did battery pulls.. im thinking i may need to reload the messenger. Is that possible without loading everything again?

Try editing the option for Level 1.

same all options for mute or vibe is off.. everything else works, even my yahoo messenger, but this BB one doesnt...

Check to make sure "Messenger-Alert" and "Messenger-New Message" are not set to mute.

that was the first thing i checked.. had that problem before with my ringers..

I still think you are missing something in the profiles. Are you editing the active profile? What about in holster and out of holster modes?

yes i actually have edited al the profiles, Turned off all the vibes, made sure the volume is on high. I dont use a holster, but i did edits those too! Thats why i decided to post here, its been 3 days of fooling with it already..
